東莞(guan)螺絲廠(chang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)就是規范(fan)，每個國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)和(he)部(bu)門都(dou)有自己的標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。目前(qian)，GB—中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（美標(biao)(biao)）DIN—德(de)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（德(de)標(biao)(biao)）ASME—美國(guo)(guo)機(ji)械(xie)工程師協會標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)JIS—日本國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（日標(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)GB—國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是我國(guo)(guo)眾多標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong)(zhong)的一種，另外還有行業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)，專業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和(he)部(bu)門標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)等。國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)又分：GB（強(qiang)制性(xing)(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）和(he)GB/T（推薦性(xing)(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）以及GBn（國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)內部(bu)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）等。我們平常看(kan)到(dao)的像GB30，GB5783等等都(dou)是強(qiang)制性(xing)(xing)的標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。

以(yi)上幾(ji)種(zhong)(zhong)標準除了一(yi)些基本(ben)尺寸(cun)如頭部對邊(bian)、頭部厚度(du)(du)等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)以(yi)外，最(zui)主(zhu)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)都有(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)，統(tong)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像ANSI、ASME等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)美(mei)(mei)(mei)標螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)美(mei)(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)外還有(you)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)BSW—英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)標準,其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)，俗稱(cheng)(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖(jian)角為(wei)(wei)(wei)60度(du)(du)。美(mei)(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖(jian)角也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)60度(du)(du)，而英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖(jian)角為(wei)(wei)(wei)55度(du)(du)。由于計量(liang)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)，導致了各種(zhong)(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表示(shi)方(fang)法也(ye)(ye)不(bu)盡相(xiang)同(tong)。例如像M16-2X60表示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)表示(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)16MM，牙(ya)距為(wei)(wei)(wei)2MM，長度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)（一(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)上有(you)20個牙(ya)，長度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)。另外要表示(shi)美(mei)(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話(hua)一(yi)般會(hui)在(zai)表示(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)面加上UNC以(yi)及UNF，以(yi)此來(lai)區別是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)粗牙(ya)或(huo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)。在(zai)平時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)銷業務中，我們最(zui)常遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準是(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標）和(he)(he)DIN（德標）。

東莞螺絲廠(chang)在生(sheng)產品(pin)方面，主要會接觸(chu)到以(yi)下幾(ji)種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等。目前GB30（老國(guo)標(biao)）在標(biao)準(zhun)書(shu)中已(yi)被GB5783（新(xin)(xin)國(guo)標(biao)）所(suo)代(dai)(dai)替(ti)。GB52（老國(guo)標(biao)）在標(biao)準(zhun)書(shu)中已(yi)被GB6170（新(xin)(xin)國(guo)標(biao)）所(suo)代(dai)(dai)替(ti)。 在1986年，國(guo)家對標(biao)準(zhun)件制定了新(xin)(xin)標(biao)準(zhun)，一(yi)般(ban)俗稱為(wei)(wei)新(xin)(xin)標(biao)，使用(yong)最多的(de)主要有(you)GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭粗桿(gan)半牙螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，其精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)等級(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)(ji)產品，可(ke)用(yong)GB5782來代(dai)(dai)替(ti)（GB5782為(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭粗桿(gan)半牙螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，其精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)等到級(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)B級(ji)(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭全(quan)牙螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)等級(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)(ji)產品。可(ke)用(yong)GB5783來代(dai)(dai)替(ti)（GB5783為(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角頭全(quan)牙螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)，其精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)等級(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)B 級(ji)(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)半牙的(de)六(liu)(liu)角螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)。

新標(biao)與老標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)(bie)在于(yu)(yu)：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)，在對(dui)邊寬度(du)上有所(suo)區別(bie)(bie)。除M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)外(wai)，新標(biao)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部對(dui)邊比(bi)(bi)老標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊要小1MM。分別(bie)(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而(er)M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)，新標(biao)比(bi)(bi)老標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊反而(er)要大2MM，應特別(bie)(bie)注(zhu)意。對(dui)于(yu)(yu)頭(tou)部厚度(du)，新標(biao)和老標(biao)之(zhi)間(jian)略有差(cha)別(bie)(bie)，在要求不是非常(chang)嚴格的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下可(ke)以通用。 新標(biao)與德(de)(de)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)(bie)在于(yu)(yu)：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)規格，在對(dui)邊寬度(du)上有所(suo)差(cha)別(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部對(dui)邊新標(biao)比(bi)(bi)德(de)(de)標(biao)要小1MM。而(er)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)，其(qi)頭(tou)部對(dui)邊比(bi)(bi)德(de)(de)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊寬度(du)要大2MM ，其(qi)它的(de)(de)(de)(de)均(jun)可(ke)通用。

東莞螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)于六角螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準有(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)于它(ta)們之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)(yao)(yao)區別有(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)比GB52、GB6172和(he)DIN934來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚，俗稱為(wei)厚螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)。另(ling)外(wai)就是對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區別，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)都是13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)17MM，比GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)19MM比GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)22MM比GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)大1MM。另(ling)外(wai)就是M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小2MM。（GB6170和(he)GB6172除(chu)了其厚度(du)不一樣(yang)外(wai)，對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完全一樣(yang)）其余規格在不考慮厚度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下，可以通(tong)用。

螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)范(fan)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)，國(guo)標(biao)(biao)中有(you)兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)版本(ben)(ben)，一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)為GB70—76，76年(nian)(nian)版本(ben)(ben)，一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)為GB70—85，85年(nian)(nian)版本(ben)(ben)，東莞螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲廠(chang)現執行DIN912的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，所以在(zai)實(shi)際業務操作(zuo)中應注(zhu)意區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)：其中GB70—85與DIN912完全重合(he)，故(gu)對于使用(yong)(yong)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)的(de)情(qing)況，不存在(zai)著差別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)，主要是GB70—76與DIN912之(zhi)間有(you)所區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)：M8系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產(chan)品，GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)頭徑(jing)為12.5MM,比DIN912的(de)13.27MM要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)些,M10系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產(chan)品,GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)頭徑(jing)為15MM,比DIN912的(de)16.27要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)些,M12系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)頭徑(jing)為18MM,比DIN912的(de)對邊(bian)18.27要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)些,另(ling)像M16、M20系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)頭徑(jing)比DIN912的(de)要小(xiao)(xiao)0.33MM，分別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)為24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)則(ze)分別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)為24.33MM和30.33MM。另(ling)外(wai)(wai)老標(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)之(zhi)間的(de)內(nei)(nei)對邊(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)由于標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不同(tong)(tong)而不同(tong)(tong)，GB70—76的(de)內(nei)(nei)對邊(bian)要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)些，在(zai)業務作(zuo)業中也應加以注(zhu)意。 另(ling)外(wai)(wai)，平(ping)時(shi)(shi)可能會(hui)用(yong)(yong)到的(de)馬(ma)(ma)車(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲也有(you)一(yi)些區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)，在(zai)此也作(zuo)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)說明(ming)，在(zai)國(guo)標(biao)(biao)中，有(you)兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)馬(ma)(ma)車(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，即GB12（小(xiao)(xiao)半(ban)圓(yuan)頭方(fang)(fang)頸(jing)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲）和GB14（大半(ban)圓(yuan)頭方(fang)(fang)頸(jing)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲），平(ping)時(shi)(shi)在(zai)市面(mian)上較常用(yong)(yong)的(de)還有(you)德標(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)DIN603。東莞螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲廠(chang)對這(zhe)三者加以區(qu)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)：對于圓(yuan)頭頸(jing)，在(zai)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)規(gui)格比較時(shi)(shi)是：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常在(zai)馬(ma)(ma)車(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)使用(yong)(yong)時(shi)(shi)，往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)要求頭頸(jing)大而厚(hou)，所以DIN603馬(ma)(ma)車(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)完全符(fu)合(he)要求。
